for weekly pickup & delivery?
No. If you sign up for a regular weekly pickup & delivery account there is no fee!

You choose the location for our valet driver to service and hang you garments.

How do I get my iRS Cleaners Dry
Cleaning & Laundry bags?
Your valet driver leaves empty ones with you each time he/she picks up your clothes.

Do I have to sign up for your
delivery service to get a monthly account?
No. You can apply for a monthly billing account at any time. Please ask one of our team members the next time you visit.

What type of bag do I use to
put my clothes for pick-up in?
We will provide you with one of our custom iRS Cleaners bags for your Dry Cleaning & Laundry.

How do I pay for my pick-up
and delivery service?
Please visit us to collect your credit card information. Then we can charge your credit card.

Do I have to tip the driver?
No. Our valet drivers do not accept tips and gratuities.

How do I place
an order?
If you have signed up, just leave your bag/bags out on your scheduled pick-up day by 9:00a.m.

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. Your valet driver will service your pre-selected location. If you cannot leave your bag/bags out for your driver, please contact us and we will try and accommodate any special needs that you have.
